At Wonderskin EU, we want you to love your beauty results, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products purchased through our official store. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items can be returned in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit, and include your packing slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
